Well, it could be a sign that you havn't been exposed to something big. Its a habit, just try and stop. I admit, I sometimes get worked up, like, tears for unecessary things. Like, when the last of 1 thing is ruined, I get bent out of shape. So, just try and cope and eventually something will come and you might not even feel the need to do it.

Sounds like you're working out all your other aggression onto just a few things. You should take up a violent sport, like indoor javelin throwing or shotput handball.

selma - I think it's pretty normal

I do the same thing. Over stupid things as well. I'll scream or cry or throw things. I don't think it's abnormal because what I've figured out is that if you think about it carefully, it is usually on a day when you're really tired, or something else is stressing you out. So it's not about the cat or the camera---those are just the one last stressor and then the dam breaks. I'd sayif it only happens like 2 times a year, you're doing pretty good.

Well, since this is over really little things, I'd have to say, not it's not normal, now I tend to do this when I get in a fight with my boyfriend, or with my parents, which are usually huge things. Perhaps you should seek counseling'
