Is It Normal?
What do you think?
Clearing my Mind
When I am thinking quietly to myself, oftentimes it seems like I have too many things running through my head to contemplate them all. I use a phrase or sound in my mind to stop all activity, then pick and choose what I specifically want to think about.

Currently the phrase is "Ok, now what?" Previously it has been as varied as a single word, to even a certain sound. The stop signal changes on it's own, but I catch myself doing it all the time. At one point it was the sound of a gunshot.

I probably think this line 40-50 times in a day.

I am always thinking about two or three things at a time, at the minute im mentaly singing along to a song (its by Arch Enemy if anyone cares) typing this and thinking about my (lack of)love life and how im going to change it. I realy wish i had found a way to control this because when im doing somnething complicated i find it hard to concentrate
if it's working, keep doing it. i try to use the line "be here now," but it never works.
