School's Contradicting Dress Code

Is it normal that my school's dress code states that we cannot wear any form of tank tops, or "heavy" sweatshirts, yet skirts only have to be finger tip length?
Do you think it's normal?

Schools ban tank tops because they expose too much skin/over flowing boobies.

Whats considered a heavy sweatshirt?

Heavy sweatshirts are the ones you can get your hands up during "heavy petting" with some sort of hoe-bag or what not.

Your school is totally unfair. They should take your class to a strip club for some "real world" experience.
By definition, dress codes at schools are determined by people who have been out of the seduction game for so long they're completely out of touch.

What I am saying here is that they are banning two things that expose very little skin, and the reason for banning tank tops is because is shows shoulders. Yet, girls can still wear mini skirts and they only have to be finger tip length from their hip bone. This still exposes their butt cheeks as they walk up the stairs, and is not something I appreciate. Does that make sense and is it normal?
Bend at the knees gurls . . .
Hip bone? Here it's no skirt shorter than the tip of the finger when standing with your arm to at your side to your thigh. It's been that way for many years.

I know im odd but that would be a good school for me jkjk Ummmm i would say that not very normal common but not normal
i think all schools should worry more with education instead of what kids are wearing.dress codes and crap like that are just distractions so educators can have an excuse to not do their jobs.
