School's Contradicting Dress Code
Is it normal that my school's dress code states that we cannot wear any form of tank tops, or "heavy" sweatshirts, yet skirts only have to be finger tip length?
What I am saying here is that they are banning two things that expose very little skin, and the reason for banning tank tops is because is shows shoulders. Yet, girls can still wear mini skirts and they only have to be finger tip length from their hip bone. This still exposes their butt cheeks as they walk up the stairs, and is not something I appreciate. Does that make sense and is it normal?
Hip bone? Here it's no skirt shorter than the tip of the finger when standing with your arm to at your side to your thigh. It's been that way for many years.
i think all schools should worry more with education instead of what kids are wearing.dress codes and crap like that are just distractions so educators can have an excuse to not do their jobs.
Whats considered a heavy sweatshirt?
Your school is totally unfair. They should take your class to a strip club for some "real world" experience.
