I don't know if this is a True post or not; I am thinking Not because by the time you get to stage 3 cancer with days to live there have usually been signs well before, but there are exceptions.

But - I cannot believe people here can be so cruel.

If this IS real, you people are mocking a person who had only days to live, and maybe this Was their only place to have friends. - Cancer takes a lot out of a person and they don't get to go out much.
