hey hes within two years of your age i cant castrate him but it is illegal unless you live in utah or kansas because if your 16 you can be with a 18 year old in those states

It depends upon the individual state. Sometimes even if you are not of legal age to consent, the state will not prosecute the older person if within a year or two of the minor. Check out this link:
