Extended family
Recently I was talking to my mum and quite casually she asked me 'you know about your Uncle ____'s other kids don't you?' to which I replied 'huh? other kids?' Turns out that one of my uncles (who I always thought was one of the more normal members of my family, which isn't saying a lot) has FIVE other kids besides the two that I knew already as my cousins, who came about because he has a thing for donating sperm. This is despite being married with kids for many years (divorced now), and my then aunt was fine with it apparently! This has weirded me out a bit, just thinking that if I put it about quite a bit I could've slept with my cousins and not realised! Anyone think this is a normal situation?

I'm having trouble bying this one I can tell you that. Most of the time when you donate sperm unless you are doing it has a favor for a friend you dont get to meet your kid or the bitch that gets it. You go jerk off into the jar and hand it over get paid and then the women get to come in a choose (most of them being lesbians who want to raise kids in their new age lifestyle homes). Alot places will put your statistics down so the women can get an idea of how the kid will turn out and other places take your picture and put it in an album.

he he this reminds me of a few years ago when i dated my cousin before actually finding out that she was my cousin. I hadnt seen her since she was about 3!

Actually these places retain your details so that if the kid gets curious when they get older they can contact them (though it's optional apparently). My mum told that one was born a few weeks ago, so my uncle must know what's happening. And why are you having trouble 'bying' it? It's not as though I made some ridiculous claim like in obvious fake posts, I just said potentially it could've happended and that weirded me out.
