Still Thinking About Him

Is it normal to get turned on by your ex who was aweful toward you, even after not seeing him for three months? Is it even normal to be aroused by the thought of submissive sexual acts with any exes, especially the most recent. I find myself aroused only when imagining myself in a submissive position toward my recent ex, whom I haven't seen in over three months.
