I have no idea whether he is as you believe but it sounds strange. I did find music teachers, at least in the public school system to be very quirky and quite odd. I know for a fact that my high school music teacher back in the 80s was sleeping with one of his female students. Nothing surprises me, teachers get busted all the time these days. They are not the brightest people to begin with.

M. Bisson, are we talking about the main villian in the street fighter video game series? That's nice to see he's no longer a megalomaniac bent on world domination. But if it's him, I wouldn't put it past him to molest children.
