i met this girl in school 4 months ago. since then we talk on da phone every day & go out every chance we get. but da thing is she's 19 (she told me the day we met). she is the nicest person i ever met, she doesnt even swear! she has a bf but lost contact 3 yrs ago wen she moved into the US. is it normal 4 a 15yr old 2 b wit a 19yr old? should i ask her out?

I agree with cabinet but i don't know if i would be having sex with you if i were her.You are a minor until you reach 18,your parents might have something to say about you dating a 19 year old.I think your old enough but the law doesn't.

Actually it depends on where they live. Check your states statuatory/age of consent laws. In pennsylvania it would be perfectly legal for her to have sex with you. The legal age here is 14 & 15 for for years older and 16 for any age. Good luck!
