I've only been posting here for about a week and I do see what you mean about the caustic, opinionated, conceited (etc.) posts. However, many of these can be uproariously funny, and the rude remarks can sometimes be viewed as a form of initiation. Speaking for myself, I would not post here at all if I didn't already have a thick skin. So step back, stop making judgments, and just enjoy the rude fun.
