Also, I found it helps to dampen a washclothe, and put it on my face while i sleep at night, after having taking 5-7 tablets of IBU profin.

Now, you arnt supposed to take more than 4 a day because of a risk of stomache bleeding, but it REALLY reduces the swelling of pimples.

If it is a cist, you cant do much. Have you ever broken the skin to get at it? If so was there puss? You should really try sometinme over the weekend, and do the wet wash clothe with IBU profen (it really helps)

Note: sleep on your back, and keep washclothe on face entire night, if it starts to dry, re wet it.

Its probably IS a cyst, don't bother with it or the bacteria in that cyst can spread to other parts of your body and you can get an infection, let it go away on its own or get medication. You might turn out like this guy.

Yeah these pimples are often refferred to as "blind pimples" and are fucking annoying!
The best thing you can do for them is rub some pimple cream on it or some diluted tea tree oil and leave it the hell alone!

Don't apply pressure AT ALL. Sounds weird, but, at night, dampen an aspirin and stick it on the spot with a bandaid. It will reduce the inflammation and draw out any potential infection. Don't suck down the ibuprofen - it can cause more problems than it helps. Then, during the daytime, apply tea tree oil or rubbing alcohol JUST in that spot, maybe 3-4 times during the day.
