Welly ou gotta make sure that she's like you before you ask her out. Try to find out what she is interested in, what she likes to do, hobbies etc. And then try to hang out with her, but don't like freak her out by like being everywhere she is, say hey whenever you see her, or make convo when you see her, so that you can get used to talking to her. And sooner or later you'll have the right time to ask her out. ^^
