Smelling it didn't TOO weird.... but tasting it?!? WHAT THE HELL?!

Come on now, everyone has tasted their ear wax once in their lives. However, upon discovering how raunchy it was most never did it again, except this guy.

All earwaxes have a smell associated with them! For the previous person who's earwax doesn't smell there is likely something medically wrong or your ears are too clean. The medical profession doesn't know why some people produce more earwax than others. But, related to the question of whether it is normal or not to smell and/or taste earwax, yes, I think a majority of people smell it but a minority taste it (except when younger of course).

hmmm..I smelled my earwax once, it smelled like ass..but is my earwax did smell good I probably would want to smell it more often...I suppose

just don't be eating your earwax all the time.

Its totally normal, but it's like scratching your balls in public or picking your nose. Nobody wants to see it and most people don't find it all that fascinating.

I do that all the time...also, if you run your finger along the edge where your ear attaches to your head, it smells nasty. But I usually lick my fingers anyways.
