Not interested in getting a girlfriend!
Hi everyone

Im 20 and ive never been bothered about getting a girlfriend(im not gay) When I was 15 a girl asked me out and I said yes, but then dumped her a few weeks later because I wasn't bothered about her.All my friends are in relationships and they cant believe that I have no interest in relationships or dating. Does anybody else experience this or have a similar story?

It's completely normal for someone not to wanna be in a relationship, I have a uncle who's like 40 and he's never been in a series relationship in his life, you just have better things to worry about that "love"

You story is not that unusual. Relationships over time tend to be a lot of work and if you are with the wrong person, it can seem like everything you do is either a hassle or an ordeal. They also require a lot of sacrifice, give and take to keep them going. The key is to find someone who shares a lot in common with you, both interests and the same type of demeanor. If you are an introvert, you don't want to be spending time with someone who is extroverted and vice versa.

Look into finding a girl who is independent, low maintenance and who is not needy or clingy. From your story it sounds like this is the type of girl you would enjoy being around.

i'm 21,a female,and i dont want to be in a relationship at all.even in my teen years,i was never interested in guys,and i thought my best friend was such a whore.I am of course interested in men,and i can do some eye raping,but i have a hard time talking to guys,and i think most guys are perverted,and i'm not interested in dealing with that.I do however fear that if i dont socialize more,i will be alone,and when i'm actually ready to date,i wont be able to find anyone.
