there is no "Set" age or time when puberty starts. I think a good ammount of it is genes, maybe ask your dad when he started puberty, or your mom. Or an older bro/sis. I sctually started having very nitceable peach fuzz at like, 10. By 14 I had full facial hair and could pull of any kind of beard. And though it is kinda cool, shaving is one hell of a pain in the ass.
