its normal... i had this weird sleep thing when i was 17... i would go to bed at 5am, wake up at 7am and have enough energy to be awake until 5am. mine lasted for a few mos. before i started hallucinating, and i got klonopin. it works, so does geodon... but i took that off the street (unprescribed).

I'm exactly the same as that. I've had insomnia for about 5 years. The best way to try and get a decent sleep is stay awake for an entire night and day and then go to sleep around 10pm when you should be very tired. This *may* fix your problem, however, whenever I try it I usually get up around 9am and then I go straight back into not feeling sleepy till around 7am the next day.

insomnia maybe' i don't know, maybe you should just try to readjust your sleeping habits, or you could possibly try sleeping pills out.

No i don't think its any disorder. I think what you should do is stay up all night like your accustomed to and then stay up all day.By time 10 or eleven PM roles around you will be so tired you will go to sleep. If you don't stay asleep all night just force yourself to stay awake until the next evening.Just keep doing this for a couple three days and your sleeping habits will change.I know because I've been there and done the same thing and what i told you i know works.
