Pop them, and then put neosporin on it, or some other type of antibiotic ointment. If that doesn't work try tea tree oil and hot compresses. Next time, don't use a regular razor, use facial clippers for side burns. I am female and use that on my bikini line becasue I have the same problem with getting ingrown hairs. Don't shave against the grain down there.

I have shaved my bikini line before and it was not pretty. I had ingrown hairs too and I found the best cure for them was simply not to pop them. When I popped them they would refill again and again. If possible you could try to remove the hair that is ingrown if you can easily see it and can reach it with tweezers. I hope it isn't too uncomfortable though.

i had exactly the same thing. like someone said pull the hairs out don't just pop them. i have several scarrs now becuase i just kept popping them.

Yea don't go against the grain I always used to get ingrown hair from that because i would shave upward instead of down. Try that im sure it will solve your problem.
