Yo dogs, listen up, heres the deal, my girlfriend said she needed to go pick something up round her friends. So I though sure thats fine. But she was gone a few hours. So i went over there and knocked on the door. No one answered so i went around a looked through the window. And i saw her and the "friend" having sex. Plus, this is two girls. You are not married to her so she did not commit a crime and she is free to do as she pleases. Confront her about this and ask her what is going on and tell her the story just as you did in your post.

If she lies to you about it, you are definitely best to find another girlfriend. Don't tolerate liars of any kind.

I have no idea what she will tell you, if anything, but then you decide the next move. If it bothers you that she likes girls too, find another girlfriend who is into guys only. It's fairly simple, the choice is yours. I'd like to know what she tells you, let us know if you don't mind.
