Im 15 and i have been doing everything i can to get a six pack and i cant. i have been wanting to get one over the summer for before school starts and I have to go back to gym. is there any way to make it happen in like a month?

Yeah good luck getting a 6 pack in a month, aint gonna happen and also you can't have one if you do nothing, that guys lying. Try bodybuilding.com they tell you straight out how to do and what time length etc. Basically you gotta be doing LOTS of HEAVY weights. That website is really good, will help you.
dont lift alot of weights u'll regret it trust me yo you do a 1 hour work out every evning or day which ever u prefer use different techniques push ups, stand on yur hands do crazy tchnique dats wat i do nd im packin yo believe it
First, you're a little young and still growing so that might be a factor in not getting such big results right away. Many have recommended for adolescents to not do intense work outs until they're 18. If you want to look cut, swimming or running should help. Otherwise a lot of crunch abs and oblique exercises. When you're older I'd recommend incorporating a crunch routine with cardio. A trick that I've learned is to suck in your stomach while running, it works your ab muscles more.
