Is it normal to spit your phlegm out then sniff it and when it smells bad, you put it back in your mouth and swallow? I hope I'm not the only one.

I don't smell phlegm that i spit out but i have a habit of smelling my ear wax when i clean my ears.I think your normal up until the point that you swallow something you just hacked up.Thats as bad as eating your own buggers,nook that shit off its gross!
