That is nonsense, no it isn't true. Age 15 is around the time boy girl friendships often begin but many people start a lot later than that. It's also a very uncomfortable time for many and awkward as people don't know about boundaries or what is ok or not. You don't have much freedom and not many privileges. As you get older it will become easier and easier to make friends. Especially once you leave high school. So quit worrying and if people are teasing you, find other friends. When they begin to grow up, the teasing stops.
