Its normal to have thoughts of violence towards people that have done you wrong. What you must understand is violence is going to accomplish nothing more then getting you into trouble.Never act on your thoughts of violence with knifes and guns.As far as a fist fight once in awhile i dont see a problem with that if you need to defend yourself. You remember what just happened at Virginia Tech'These are the types of things that have got to stop.If you ever have those types of thoughts seek some help, never act upon them.

 ALSO TO ADD:

I have alot of violent fantasies about people i dont like, involving guns / knifes and i can easily build myself up into a rage, i also seem to enjoy violence towards people i dislike or have done something towards me.
