As someone who loves to have a sexy guy (or girl, I suppose?) urinate in her face, I can tell you that the difference is possibly the "intent" behind the act.

Facials, I am not so much into them. I am not against them, really, but they do nothing for me. I have Yet to have a BF who Did Not like them though (watching) or ask me to go alone. Depending on the guy, I do, to make him happy.

For guys, some of them - the Better among them - it might be a visual thing maybe. But Some guys DO use it as a means to degrade a woman. It really depends on the guy and his attitude overall.
