If you really want to get into it, when we start out in the womb we are ALL female gender....even men. It's when a certain chromosome is introduced that the vagina extends into a penis and testosterone is introduced to the fetus. So in short, the stuff that comes out of a penis during orgasm isn't pee, and the stuff that comes out of a clit during orgasm isn't pee either.
