Hi my Chihuahua mixed was neuted about 2 days ago and he's been sleeping a lot and eating very little and drinking little water. He only drink water if my dad feeds the water to him by hand. is this normal? He ways 10 pounds. He also wears a cone :(, it makes him look silly :(

lol...he just got his nuts ripped off...of course he is going to act that way....he is depressed.
