Anyway for the really bad cases I recommend DBT therapy, Dialectical Behavior therapy... Its boring as hell at times, but the group meetings helped me out alot. Check your local hospitals, many have these programs, and they were created with borderliners in mind. I highly recommed a psychiatrist if you don't have one already. Ignore stupid assholes who say that you don't need meds, they are fucking stupid. Borederline personality disorder sucks on so many levels... Its like the bad qualities of 6 disorders slapped into one half-assed diagnoses. You need help, so get it. Switch therapists. I know someone with it.... try EMDR therapy, ask your therapist if she knows anyone certified in EMDR. Try a mood stabilizer. But research it well before taking it. BPDs dont have good romantic relationships. My mom has it and has never had a boyfriend for too long, and changes them frequently. Although you dont think you are acting crazy you prob are... if you are younger than 18 you prob just have traits and can change it with therapy. But older than 25 will be a struggle.
