I'm a 19 year old female - 5'2 in height and my weight fluctuates between 110-115. I am like a lot of people in that I struggle to resist the urge to overeat. So....what i do is I weight myself once a week and whenver I reach 115 pounds, I go on my diet for 5-8 days. My diet consists of 1 bag of chips per day. A whole bag of chips contains 600 calories. I munch on the bag of chips all day. By the end of the week I always lose inbetween 3-6 pounds. I stop dieting as soon as my weight reaches 110.
