I want to be a woman
So...I'm a 23 year old male and ever since I was young, I always thought my sister had really cute dresses and i always wanted to wear her make up. One time, I put on one of her dresses and some of her mascara when my parents weren't there. It felt right. Now that I am older...and more secure with myself, I think that I might want to be a woman. I am with a man who loves me and said he would support me through the change.
Do you think I should have the opperation or do you think I should keep my penis and just be a transvestite?

Its a huge decision, so I would recommend going to a psychologist who specializes in gender issues.
If you decide to "become a woman" you will endure years of hormone therapy, as well as years of people who don't know what to make of you... because of the way you will look in transition.
There is facial feminization surgery, breast implants, electrolysis, and... vaginoplasties.
It would be long, hard, and expensive.
My personal opinion, is wait a few more years. Many transsexuals go through transitions later in life. There are plenty of other websites where you can get better opinions and advice. Go there, cause people can be douches here.
