Im 13, my left ball seems dropped, and emptier than my right, my right ball is a lot bigger than the other one.

couple of other stories like this around. More than likely your nuts will need surgery if the symptoms continue. Some times shit like this happens. Wait a week or so, if it doesnt improve just tell your parents u need to go the doctor (dont need to tell them y), the doctor wont care, would have seen thousands of cases
