Been shot multiple times, eh? I'd guess 50 cent from the lack of any idea whatsoever how to spell in addition to having so much lead in your body they can melt you down when you die and make a statue. I'll bet he's been shot so many times he politely asks the police to put salt/barbecue sauce on them before running.
I've never heard of COUGH gangs before--what are they, guys that get trashed on Robitussin and get in fights with the cops?
