a girl at school

ok there is this really ice girl at my middle school and i really like her and i want to know if she feels the same way how do i ask ???? and i want to ask her out but i dont dont have a freakin car does anybody know what to do ?? comment ( especialy girls )

Being a girl myself.. girls can feel/see when a boy likes him, really. Because the boy is seeking attention, watching.. and all that.

As far as letting her know goes: why not ask to do some homework together or, even better, ask her to go to the movies some day? It won't hurt for sure.
