most everyone supports it except the few religious hypocrites who have control of our country right now.

they are too busy spending time in public toilets in airports or chasing pageboys to bother to educate themselves about things of science.

Boy..if we ever legalize Stem Cell research..it'll have both positive and negative effects. Obviously, stem cell s will be able create new organs like hears, lungs and all that. That'll be good for the people who have cancer and it wil certainly extend the age of many people. But if you look, this world is populated enough. And with stem cells, many people will be living in their 100's and the population will continue to rise. And plus...many people will have the attitude of "If there are stem cells, I don't have to worry that much about my health."-because they have stem cells to back them up. I'm not saying everybody would have that mindset..but it will cause a lot of problems.

As long as stem cell research helps people and it is done ethically, then I see nothing wrong with it.

I think it has the potential to be revolutionary and improve the quality of so many people's lives.
I don't think there are any valid excuses for prohibiting stem cell research.

It may help people with diabetes someday.
