Daily you get to see all the Main Stream news channels bending over backwords with Political Correctness to appease this group or that group. They refuse to show the nerve to stand up for truth or freedom of speech.

Too scared or globalized demographics? God knows what drives them crazy like this.

PC is a politician bread and butter.you think they are going to tell the religious nuts or the gun nuts to go to hell? No.for the votes they wont tell these people that they are nuts.

Political correctness is about not offending other people or letting other people offend. Freedom of speech is about being able to say whatever you want to say. Obviously there's a conflict between the two, but it isn't true that we should get rid of one and keep the other.

Basically, nobody likes being insulted. Everybody I know will tell other people to shut up if those other people are saying nasty things to them. That's basically political correctness.

On the flip side, nobody likes being told to shut up when they're speaking their mind. That's freedom of speech.

End of the day, everybody is politically correct about the things they don't want to hear, and everybody is for freedom of speech when they're being told to shut up.
