i think my teacher thinks i cheated on my summer essay because he wrote on the bottom, see me so we can discuss this essay and stuff like why are the fonts different and everything? i don't know what to do because i didn't cheat. i skipped him after class because i'm scared he's going to find out i did the 6 page essay in a day and take off points for that, i'm in 10th grade. what should i do.

The only way to find out is to actually meet with your teacher.

Don't be a coward....own up to your work.

Why would you put different fonts on an essay you know is going to be graded?
If they are different because you worked on it at different times than you should've re-typed it all in the same font.

I agree with Stargirl, just go and talk to the teacher about it. If you really did the work you shouldn't be afriad of the teacher.

It sounds like the teacher is a little confused about your essay not concerned about cheating.

You made the mistake of not seeing him after school..that makes you lose some of your credibility. I mean, technically you didn't cheat because you did do the essay. So, just see him the next possible time you can!

i don't think it will be that big of a problem, i had a friend claim he did a paper but he had the Url on the page, and hyper links from the original article and stuff and the teacher kind of laughed it off. then he got suspended.
