Jerking Leg
Does anyone else ever fall asleep and have some dream about whatever and suddenly your leg is injured or you move it suddenly in the dream like as if you are running and, in real life, your leg twists and/or jerks and you wake up and it aches like hell? does that happen to anyone else?

yes. sometimes with me i dream about getting chased by something, and then if it catches me or bites me, i usually wake up and i get a cramp or something, or i'll hit anyone of my head/arm/leg/toe on something really fucking hard

YES< its called violent dreams, one time i had a dream i cut my self, then when i woke up i had a cut on my arm....

yeah, happens to me, like once i jumped out of the bed of a truck, and landed on my back (dont ask how that happened i dont know) and found myself awake moving as if i just fell onto my bed..i was freaked out but i got used to it.
