Your balls having dropped at 15 is normal. Your voice will find it's own level when it is ready. If your sperm squirts 3 times, that is also normal (for you). However, I dont think you have any balls, your voice is high because you are female and you dont masterbate you get your female friends to do it for you. Oh, Almost forgot, use condoms.
