I'd also like to make the point that those recorded deaths by LSD were probably people accidentally killing themselves because they were in a scary situation or because they were on other drugs as well. You should never take LSD at a party because you are liable to panic and have a bad trip.

I have never had LSD. I don;t know anyone that deals it. But you should note that it is the safest street drug and is, in fact, NON-TOXIC, so you can't overdose or get physically poisoned in any way. The average recorded number of deaths per year is less than one.

The social misunderstanding of drugs creates these superstitions and people rely on the law to decide which are the bad ones. Dont go by the classification system. Let me tell you why: the most dangerous drug in the world (statistically) is alcohol, which is LEGAL in most western countries. In the UK LSD is a Class A, which is the same as heroin and cocaine which CAN KILL YOU IN ONE OVERDOSE and are HIGHLY ADDICTIVE whereas LSD is non-toxic--WTF

If you ask an honest doctor they will admit that ECSTASY, thats MDMA, is SAFER THAN TAKING AN ASPRIN but its in the same category as medical antidepressants which are ONE OF THE STRONGEST AND MOST ADDICTIVE TYPES OF DRUG.

My main point is that you should trust what the police tell you. And remember that medical drugs are now stronger than street drugs.

Yeah it affects different people in differnt ways. I took it with my girl friend and urged her to burn me with hot candle wax, incence sticks, and basically inflict pain upon me in any way possible. We didn't even have sex, I just got really masochistic and wanted her to hurt me. Then we listened to just about every cd in my collection and talked about the most obscure topics (UFOs, poverty, rape, jeesz I don't even remember what else) all night and all morning untill we came down.

 Oops...forgot to mention.

The day after tripping was always depressing. It's how it leaves you feeling. It's like you are wiped out emotionally. It lasted a day or so. The only thing I didn't like about it.

Also, NEVER trip alone. Yeah, OK I did it once and it was easy. But I think it's best to share the experience with others especially if you should have a bad reaction. You have others experiencing it with you. It helps you to connect better.

OK....difficult to answer since I do not wish to condone doing serious hallucinogenics.

But, back in the late 70's, early 80's I had done Acid (LSD) several times and I must say that those nights are some of the most memorable times of my life.

Yes, it always takes about an hour to kick in and lasts as you describe about twelve hours or so but one tends to "peak" about four hours into the trip.

I always laughed my ass off under the influence of that shit. Everything always seemed so clear and meaningful. Bare trees were like hydras. In those days street lighting was mercury vapor instead of the sodium vapor today. The street lights all had vivid green and purple halos. Walls would breath and undulate. Colors were amped up big time. Everything was fascinating.

I don't know if I would dare do it again today at the age of fifty two. It was a lot of fun.

On a different note, sometimes when we did it their would be someone that was having a bad reaction and we would have to talk them through. It can be rough for some people.

Again, I'm not condoning the use of any drug. All drugs are bad. Yes, they are. Even MJ. Don't even talk to me about that. MJ has messed up my life enough as it is. I have lost a clarity in my daily life. As if I feel removed. It's the result of chronic use of marijuana. That's not all it can do to you.

LSD is one of the craziest drugs I've ever done, though I really liked 'shrooms a lot more. I'm done with psychadelic shit mostly, I'll stick to my weed and cocaine.

"You are 400 times more likely to suffer some form of mental problems after smooking it on a regular basis."

Youre pretty much saying drugs "WILL/MIGHT" make you go insane, and im saying that you have to be insane to start with and that drugs only worsen a PRE-EXISTING condition, so i guess this is where the conversation digresses

we have an epidemic in this country of people hooked on drug company painkillers, oxycontin being just the most widely talked about.of course these people get their prescriptions for this dope from the doctors who deal the stuff like they had drug company stock.

we even have drug companies lobby in our state and national capitols trying to get their products made mandatory, like we saw with the recent cervical cancer vaccine. this vaccine has lead to at least 2 dozen young women acquiring Guillien Barre syndrome.

ill admit drug companies do some good things BUT its all about the money to be made even then.do you think the AIDS medicines would have even been developed if AIDS hadnt exploded into a world wide problem with potentially millions of people needing those drugs'

You want to read my 2nd entry again please' You are stating exactly what I said lmao.

I am enclined to agree with you to some degree. However, some of those using "social" drugs these days are mental cases before they start the drugs. Not a lot of hope for them (my oppinion) unfortunately. I have always said don't knock it til you've tried it. Tried most "soft" drugs. Wouldn't dream of trying the "hard" ones.
Not being an American, I cannot contribute to your last paragraph. All I will say is, with out the drug companies, I would have died 5 years ago when I first contacted HIV. As it is, I am as good now as I was 20 years ago.

well im not talking about daily hardcore use,i dont recommend using anything, even sugar or caffiene, like that.i was referring to once in a while drug usage, maryjane like anything used in moderation is usually OK,if youre got some common sense about it.But LSD is one of those drugs, like meth, that personally i dont think is safe to use even once.

You cant take an extreme case of someone using something relatively safe too much , whether it be Big Macs or dental floss or pot,and say any usage of those things is bad.

A person is MUCH MUCH more likely to get mentally fucked up on some of the drugs that drug companies crank out and sell legally day in and day out, with the cooperation of a bought out Congress, than they are an occassional doobie.

Of course you conveniently left out the fact that the chances of a person any developing scitzofrenia are low as hell, thats the reason the world isent full of jittering madmen.

As for weed, it only hightens an already present pyscihiatric state, weed itself wont make you go scitzo...but if you are one already or any have mental disorder youre gona climb up the walls.

Stop trying to scare ppl, this isent the 18th century, ppl no longer believe that having pre-marital sex you land you a sopt in hell
or that drugs (in normal amounts) will make you go bonkers.

I beg to differ. Smoking "the weed" does f uck you up. You are 400 times more likely to suffer some form of mental problems after smooking it on a regular basis. That's if you didn't have any before you started ( mental probs.). In that case you are likely to become a paranoid scitzafrenic.

I think the LSD has gotten to your brain, always supposing you had one in the first place. Spend more time on your education with particular refference to your written english. Your spelling leaves a lot to be desired.
As for drugs. Been there done that. I haver grown up somewhat since them days. The drugs available these days are tame by comparison to what was around in the 1960's. Maybe just as well considering some of the idiots one encounters these day!!!!

well the problem with lsd is that a person can have flashbacks, or retrips if you will, sometimes years after taking it and sometimes even after just using it once.

a permanent brain rewiring is not something Im willing to risk for a trip.stick to weed for all your hallucinogentic needs....the intensity is milder but it doesnt permanently fuck you up.
