Okay. I'm a 15 year old girl, and I weigh about 144 lbs. Its really not that fat, but still. I'd like to have a really nice body. But i'm such a lazy f**k.
I do excersize, soemtimes. And I should stop snacking. I know theres millions of people like me on this site.

The key here is motivation! your weight isn't all that bad, but it isn't all that good either. Get yourself motivated by something (An outfit you really want, a boy you really like, the chance to post a picture and make a Bitch like Homer swallow his tongue) and then put reminders of it anyplace you feel tempted to slack off at.
On the fridge.
Near your bed or favorite chair.
You know. :)
Please be happy with yourself too, that will help as well.

You don't say how tall you are or your body build, but at your age, if you exercise a bit (3-4 times per week, 15-20 minutes each time; even just going on a brisk walk could count as your exercise time) and cut down just a little on your favorite junk food, I'm sure you could trim those extra pounds in very little time. And by the way, sex isn't really the best exercise. It beats doing nothing at all, but I really wouldn't recommend sex for a girl your age for all of the reasons I'm sure you've heard before.
