I was shot with an air gun but i fired first so it was a revenge attack by my friend. My gun was more powerful so his spine hurt more than my calf. I was also shot at by a farmer using a shotgun but it only fired salt pellets so by the time the ammo in the gun was fired it had broke up and it just felt like someone throwing pebbledash at me.

My brothers used to shoot me and my sisters with their bb guns, I still have a bb imbedded in my foot.

I had 5 police officers pointing their shotguns at me and an ex boyfriend who pointed his pistol at me a couple time, but I've never been shot by a gun other than a bb gun.

Not that I want to!

Yup.....there were 2 boys and 3 girls in our family and the boys had bb guns. I can't say us girls didn't get our brothers back for it though.....we weren't afraid to get our hands dirty like some girls are!

And as for the police officers.....it's a long story but I'll try to shorten it.

I used to own a head shop about 10 years ago....yes kids, 10 years ago. Well one night while I was working in the shop after it was closed a person in the laundry mat next door called the cops to report someone holding me hostage.....when in fact she had seen wrong and it was simply me dressing a mannequin in a new outfit...I guess it must've looked like I was the bad guy and the mannequin was me.
Anyways, i'm stocking one of the shelves and I hear something tapping on door, and it's 6 cops...so I walk to the door and unlock it and the one that was knocking pulls me out and frisks me while the other 5 are pointing their guns at me and the one frisking me is asking me all sorts of questions. Eventually they realized that nobody was holding me hostage and me and my guy had a nice long chat with the local police about local events and such and some of the police officers came back in their plainclothes to buy stuff.

All in all it was quite an experience, but it wasn't the result of me doing anything bad.
(Don't be dissapointed though....I do bad things....I just haven't been caught at it!)

Oh wow..see how bad the law is sometimes..like it has many holes in it! But yeah...I was in government class today. And our teacher told us that if a child or teen comes in YOUR OWN YARD and trips on a big limb or branch and gets seriously hurt, the parents can sue YOU for it! Isnt that a bunch of shit?

Obviously, it doesnt just pertain to branches and limbs..lol. Regardless, if the child is injured/harmed on your property, you are charged with endangerment to a minor or whatever..something like that!

I say, its the parents fault for letting the kid wander off..its not like its THEIR property so they have to watch out for themselves, you know!

That's what's fucked up with the American law system. What America should do is adopt a Limited Liability act into law.

Common sense should be made law.

Yeah I wish America used common sense a little more! You're right, there are many loopholes in the system, but the fat and lazy money grabbing legislators we call congressmen, doesnt do shit that actually get things done around here!

There was a girl who was awarded a bunch of money in Philly a few years back.

She was climbing into a nightclub bathroom window so she could avoid paying the cover charge and she fell as she was climbing through the window and knocked out some of her teeth. She sued the nightclub and was rewarded money to pay for her teeth and for "pain and suffering".

Another one was a women who tripped and fell over a kid in a department store and sued the store.....funny thing is it was her own kid she tripped over.

Right now some senator has a lawsuit against God.....he's trying to reform the system by proving that anyone can sue anyone for no reason.

I know that if a burgler comes onto your property that you have to actually kill the guy or leave him alone, because if you hurt him and he gets away he can sue you.

It really makes me want to buy my own island and forget the U.S. ever existed.

This is a total waste, first off, lol. It really is because what it is, is when your local representative/senator wants to fund for major projects that have practically no value to many people living in the area. Like, I'm not kidding you, they will fund for something (ie..buildings..bridges..infrastructure) that cost MILLIONS of dollars that basically have no profound impact on the people of America. Thats why you see so many representatives get elected because they promise people in their local areas that they will build this grand and attactivre new building thats absolutely worthless pretty much. And the problem is, it costs milions of dollars out of the government for petty projects! And it is also a problem because the money should be going to more deserved locations and thats just not happening. No wonder a lot of things do not get accomplished in Congress..because our Legislature has nothing better to do than give in to special interests groups..its ridiculous. Do you know where i'm going here?

And sorry..i have no clue why its called pork barrel....dont ask me! LOL
