In the first place you don't get AIDS you get HIV. This you can get from any bodily fluids such as blood, sperm, urine, excreta (shit), spit (if you drink about 10 gallons of it) etc. So yes, both anal and oral sex can pass the infection on to you IF the person you are doing it with has it.
Currently in the UK, it is most comonly passed on along with hepititus a, b and c, by drug addicts sharing needles.
I would sugest, if you wish to remain safe from this disease, that you use condaoms when having ANY sexual intercourse. This is not 100% safe but it is far safer than un protected sex.

secondly at 16 you dont need to be having sex any way.....that is a sure fire way not to have to worry about AIDS.

I wouldn't have it myself if the person responsible for passing it on was aware AND honest. So, considering that to look at someone does not give you any indication as to their status, if you are going to stick it up/in (ANYWHERE) wrap it up first. BE SAFER.

My only reason for making it know that I am indeed HIV pos is in the hope that it just might save some one else, through ignorance, getting it. If just one person is helped by me, then it was a worthwhile exercise.
But understand this Duncan, HIV is what you initially get. With proper treatment, and sticking to "the rules" life expectancy is over 25 years these days. There after, at some stage I will no doubt slip into the AIDS field. I have no fear of that because at 60 years of age, that will be me past the normal expected age for a male to live anyway :-)

Condoms are safe but not 100% safe.

Other forms of contraceptive devices such as the pill does protect you from having babies not DOES NOT protect you from HIV.
