Tried Swinging...
Okay, here goes. My wife and I have been together now for about 3 1/2 years. It wasn't until about 6 months ago that she told me that she was "into" girls and wanted to do a FFM threesome (My wife had never been with a girl before sexually). This certainly got me going. After looking for 6 months and going through 2 crazy girls who we only kissed together, we decided that maybe we should try swinging as we knew that it was almost a 100% guarantee that we would find somebody within a very short period of time. We happened to find a young couple who only live about 1 mile away from us. We went to their house, had a BBQ, played strip poker, and had one wild night. They then gave us a key to their house (even though they had only known us for such a short period of time). Is it normal that two complete strangers (who have a 2 and 5 year old son) would give us a key to their house? I found it a little odd I was just curious as to what others thought about this. We are both 21 years old and have a 7 month old daughter and obviously would NEVER give ANYBODY a key to our house, whether we knew them very well or not.

I think your just asking for trouble when you go and do something like this with people you barely know.Giving you a key to their house this has got to be made up from some stupid movie you watched on tv.
Yes, you are right, it is odd to hand someone their house key. If alcohol was being used during your get together, it may explain their impulsive decision to hand to you their house key. Alcohol figured into a situation can make people do things they would never consider doing if they were sober.
I would suggest you return their house key (do not make a copy of it either). Be polite, but just say you are uncomfortable with it in your possession. I can explain why you should return it. If someone, anyone, should happen to burglarize these people's home, they would tell the police that you had possession of a key to their home and this would instantly make you a suspect. You do not need that.
If adults want to experiment that is a legitimate choice but if people have children and are married it is a bad choice and should be avoided.
Raising children takes priority over personal pleasures and couples raising them should not be engaging in such activities.
Just my opinion.
I'm sure that they don't go around giving people keys to their house, we all connected on a really good level and were immediately extremely comfortable with each other.
I do agree to the having kids thing, to some degree. I agree that if it's something that is going to be done that we always get a babysitter. You know, having kids does not mean that your life of fun and excitement comes to an abrupt end. We made sure that they were clean and they don't swing with any other couple other than us. We of course took all safety precautions prior to engaging in sexual intercourse.
When it comes to children, you could say the same for drinking alcohol/smoking cigarettes, something that you wouldn't want to do around your children but if you are going to be doing it, make sure that they aren't around to witness it so that you are not posing as a bad example.
