I've heard that all men's penises react different to circumcition. It also depends on the doctor that did it I think. As long as it isn't causing you pain or anything, I think you are fine. Then again I really don't know considering I am female, and have only had one sexual partner therefore I've only seen one penis.

this is not my post but he said he was not circumcised. that means the docter did nothing it grew that way. you did not help him in anyway.

After years of urinal peeking, I have determined that a vast number of men suffer this "Turtlehead Syndrome". The first time I saw a "Turtleheaded Penis", I looked over my sholder and asked the guy, "Yo man, What the heck is up with your penis?" And he was like, "What are you doing looking at my penis?!?" So I was like, "What? Would you like to see mine?" And so I swung mine over in his direction so he could take a gander, but I hadn't shaken quite well enough, so I accidentally flung a drip or two onto dude's fresh Dockers. Well, it was kinda more of a small stream. Anyways, I was preparing for the worst, but all of the sudden dude was like, "Hey, it's all good man, check it out! These are those fancy waterproof Dockers!" He the proceeded to prove it to me by pissing all down the front of his pants, and sure enough they were waterproof allright. I wish I could say the same for his Birkenstocks. You're fine.

Even though the last post was a bit disturbing, he's absolutely correct. Just like p**is size, foreskin comes in many sizes as well.
There is also the possibility that you may have had a partial circumcison as a baby, (not something your parents would probably tell you). Very rare. But if it really bugs you, see a doctor.
