Ugh, fuckin hate that (when people do that). Has happened to me many a time, when either I have been: A0 walking down the street or B) Biking down a road.

I don't know why people have the urge to do that to random people, then just drive away. Like Cab said, if they really wanted to say something or get their point across, why don't they get out and say it right to my face. Bunch of spineless whimps.
