What does "gay" mean?
OK.... I am am man.

I like men, not ALL men, but certain men.

I dislike the term "gay" since it seems to imply a specific lifestyle/behavior.

To me "gay" means Christopher Lowell. You know HGTV fag "let me redecorate your living room" guy. Swishy, effeminate, limp wristed pansy faggot.

I prefer "homo" which to me defines a man who is still a "man" but just enjoys another man as his lover.

whatever you call it its still homosexual-and most people are still gonna hate you no matter what label you preferred to be called,sad but true.what does a label mean anyway?

And Chris Lowell seems lke a nice guy there is no need to be so rough on him just because youve got issues with your sexual orientation.youre just adding to the hate.

The gay community designed this word because using the words "homo" or homosexual makes people actually think about what that lifestyle means therefore saying "Gay" is easier on the ears. Just like they say "lesbian" and everyone goes OOOOOOH, AAAAAH!! but if you called them what they "really" are, "homosexuals" all of a sudden it changes the perspective. Never heard a girl say to a man or woman ,"Hi: My name is .... and I'm a homosexual female", but you hear a plenty, "Hi: My names is .... and I'm a "lesbian". and the crowd goes, "OOOHHHH, AAAHHHHH"!!!!!

Whoa friend, words are slaves and we are their masters. You have a negative association with the word "gay," that however is just a symbol. You don't have to be a pansy, yet still be gay or bi, whatever...
