Insomnia
What overcomes it? I am bored of not sleeping! There is only so much to do in the day/night untill you are soooo bored you just stare at the cieling wishing you could sleep, it just seems silly to go to the doctor with a little problem like this. I keep getting advised not to take sleeping pills, they that bad? I do get 4 hours sleep time to time, but like a normal sleep pattern would be ace, any suggestions?

cutout all sugar,caffeine,nicotine and no food after 5 pm.walk each day 2 or 3 miles or more if you want.

I use a sound machine at night to block out all other noise.go to bed and get up about the same times each day even weekends and days you dont have to be anywhere.


get up early and then make yourself stay awake all day with no naps.after a few days of this you should like a log.
