what happened
ok, one day my friend steve bought 100 dollars worth of marijuana from my best friend since third grade his name is raymond. so steve bought the weed but he couldn't go get it because he had no transportaion so i went over to raymonds after school to go pick it up and bring it back to to him because we llive near each other. so my friend raymond steals 20 dollars of it from steve and smokes another twenty with me and two other people. after that i hold on to the weed so noboy smokes it but i was very very high and people told me to smoke them out and i only smoked three bowls because i didn't know what was going on so there is about 50 dollars worth of weed left so i give it too somebody else to give to steve so they gave it to steve and blame dall of the missing weed on me so everyone but one person there hates my guts and they are all lying about it to steve so now even my best friend plus 4 other people want to beat me up so i have to fight off 5 people including my best friend

Yep -- gotta back Stargirl on this one. The weed was your responsibility, and you did nothing to prevent it from being stolen by others who did not contribute to the purchase.

Even though the transaction wasn't exactly legal, that doesn't excuse you from doing the right thing for someone whom you describe as your best friend. I'm guessing that all of you are either in your teens or early 20s, so $100 is not an insignificant amount of money. What you allowed to happen lost him half of that amount.

I'd suggest a very sincere apology. That plus the passage of time might help your friends to forgive and forget. If there's any way you can pay him back for at least a portion of the loss, too, that might buy back some of his respect for you.
