Is It Normal?
What do you think?
Customer Service
Some customer service representatives are great, others are okay, but some completely miss the point. I would ask them questions and give them as much information as possible (links to websites, pictures, etc.), but their answers don't address the questions at all. Is it normal? Are they just being lazy? Do they not care? Are they overworked or underpaid or both? If you're a customer service representative or a customer, then please shed some light on this matter. Help us understand what kind of crap customer service representatives have to put up with and why some of them are not that helpful. Thank you.

nope..they dont have the answer for your question...as they dont have much information...or may be as you said they are not well paid..take care
the thing that really pisses me off is that when you don't need them, they're around you like porn on the internet, but when you desperately need help, of course they have better things to do.
Much of the USA's CS reps are East Indian based. They read from a script (seriously) and are of little or no help. A recent experience with Amazon.com took me going through 4 reps and one month's time to resolve a simple issue. Pathetic. I will now hang up on anyone who has a non-USA accent.
Oh, so what you are saying is that Americans have all the answers and no one else has a clue?
Thanks for the info!
I had a bad experience with Peapod. I told them that their 'Change City' link doesn't work properly. The representative replied by telling me to try it again which of course didn't work. I emailed her back and she just sent the same message about clicking the same link which of course didn't work. Who hired her? She completely useless.
