I told them that their 'Change City' link doesn't work properly. The representative replied by telling me to try it again which of course didn't work. I emailed her back and she just sent the same message about clicking the same link which of course didn't work. They read from a script (seriously) and are of little or no help. A recent experience with Amazon.com took me going through 4 reps and one month's time to resolve a simple issue. Pathetic.
