JUST WORD OF ADVICE

Is it normal , to be on guard cause a police officer may come to your door and confiscate your computer
for you harassing people on the internet
or saying abusive information against other people , Who do not say any thing against you ..I say Yes, It is normal, to be on guard , thats why I do not take part of "The Peanut Galory" any where?
