walking down the street i almost feel guilty if i don't say hi to someone. especially when you look in them in the eye, then u dont say anything, and they're just like wtf

I see nothing wrong with offering a friendly greeting to a stranger under most conditions. I'm one of the least sociable people in the world, and yet I'm always more than happy to receive a well-intentioned greeting, even if it's from someone I'm not likely to ever see again. I draw the line, though, at being too friendly to people in settings in which no one else is around. There are always those who interpret such comments as an overture to a sexual liaison. Sad but true.

People like it when I say "hi" to them.

There are many times during the day when I can say "hi" to people.

I can say "hi" to my family(husband and daughter) when I get up in the morning.

I can say "hi" to my taxi driver.

I can say "hi" to my friends
I can even say "hi" to people I see in the hallway.

I can say "hi" to new people that I meet.

I makes people happy when you say "hi" to them.

I will try to say "hi" to the people I see during the day.

in my opinion its only appropriate to say hello to a stranger when your one on one with said stranger, and as for saying hi to a stranger walking threw the mall or in the halls in school I am not a fan because I usually waste time trying to figure out who that person was and how I possible forgot who they were
